Senator Pearce, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent that                
the Finance Committee referral be waived on CS FOR HOUSE BILL                  
NO. 313(JUD) "An Act relating to suspended imposition of criminal              
sentences and to the imposition of sentence when a suspended                   
imposition of sentence is revoked."  Without objection, it was so              
ordered.                                                                       
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 313(JUD) was referred to the Rules                       
Committee.
